The Company
A Michigan-based company, with a team that has over 100 years of combined marine, RV, and retail financing experience, providing solutions for marine loans and RV financing in the 48 states. They strive to make the buying experience as simple as possible, offering competitive terms and rates to finance boats and RVs. They also take service one step further with their in-house insurance and title company.

The Challenge
- The company was using 3rd party platform for decades. This antiquated system did not support their modern day requirements like capturing and tracking social media sentiment, automating repetitive tasks, and allowing for flexibility in processes that needed to change to meet demand.
- Like many businesses, they turned to spreadsheets to fill the gaps in their platform. They had spreadsheets for loan application management, action items, task reminders, status changes as well as all reporting.
- here was no unified source of truth - the data was all over the place. This led to concerns about losing deals to competitors so they were ready to replace it all.
- What they found was some roadblocks to “rip and replace” - the legacy system actually did help them manage several industry-specific processes but it didn’t support all their goals.

We connected our Zoho partner with our legacy solution to make sure we could develop the solution and integrations necessary to run our business.

- We use Zoho forms to kick off the loan application process and everything integrates into Zoho CRM and WorkDrive for customer and document management
In our first project, we implemented Zoho Crm, Zoho Marketing, Zoho Forms, WorkDrive, Zoho flow and Zoho Cliq. We integrated with our origination platforms using webhooks, application APIs, and Zoho Flow. We made process changes as necessary to make Zoho CRM work for us.
